You do not need a big bang to see value. Here is a simple four‑week plan teams can run during the alpha to prove a better strategy‑to‑execution flow. The goal, fewer silos, less rework, faster handoffs, and assets that stay current with delivery.
Week 1, Align on direction (Business Vision)
Run a two‑hour workshop in Industry Scenarios and Customer Journey. Use Shengo in the workshop.
Convert the strongest ideas into shared entities and draft Mission and Vision.
Outcome, a small set of named entities and goals that everyone recognizes.
Week 2, Choose what to do and why (Business Strategy)
Fill a Business Model Canvas for the top scenario.
Translate choices into OGSM with 2 to 3 measures, then place initiatives on the Strategic Roadmap.
Capture early Decisions with owner, date, and rationale, so the why is not lost later.
Week 3, Design with line of sight (Architecture)
Open Architecture Context and Strategy, agree on principles.
In Design and Implementation, sketch options and link them to capabilities and measures.
Keep diagrams light, the key is the links. Decisions remain first‑class for reviews and audits.
Week 4, Prove it
Update a few delivery items and show how dashboards move with the work.
Start a meeting directly in Shengo, no decks needed. See context first, discussion next, decisions captured live.
Expect tangible outcomes in weeks, not quarters, because the model and the work stay in sync.
What success looks like
Architecture assets that breathe with the cadence of delivery.
Strategy shifts that keep their rationale, captured once, reused forever.
Meetings that begin with shared context, not slide hunting.
If this sounds like how you want to work, add your email to the waitlist. We are inviting a small group of design partners into the alpha.
